In this new age of technology and the children packing high powered computers in their pockets, that they call cell phones, what is a teacher to do? We know that many child safety advocates, parents and families of K thru 12 students, are really concerned about what our teachers have to put up with at school and in the classroom as it is related to new technology and children. Most of us child safety advocates believe that we need mandatory “technology education”in the classroom, teaching children everything from what “phishing” is,
to what the effects are on another child when subject to online
bullying and of course the hundred or so other issues in-between.
Myspace, Facebook, Sexting, Texting, Tweeting, Adult Sites, Cheat
Sites, Plagiarism, Etiquette, Hacking, Identity Theft, Drugs Sold
Online, Social Networking, Video Sharing, Photo Sharing, Etc, Etc.
This list goes on and on. And each one can in some way propose a
danger to children. |

In order to fine tune the plan we need teachers to tell us what they want and/or what is missing or they would like added to the games. We are asking for the help of teachers nationwide it will be the best! So this is our call to arms! We are
asking for your participation to help perfect what could very well be
